These terms cover everything you buy from Wholesome Goodies — mystery bundles, imported snacks, live game wins and prize draw tickets. We've written them in plain English, with the important parts up top.

Bundle contents vary and can't be chosen, swapped or refunded for being a surprise.
Orders are packed in working-day order. Free UK delivery applies over £40.
Unopened, sealed items only — food safety means we can't resell opened snacks.
Imported packaging may differ from UK labelling. Always read the pack before eating.
This website is operated by Wholesome Goodies LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Wholesome Goodies. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Wholesome Goodies LTD, and "you" means the person browsing the site or placing an order.
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't place an order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
You may browse, order and share our pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
We work hard to keep the site online, but we can't promise it will always be available or completely free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site — including products and prices — at any time.
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are added at checkout before you pay.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance — a contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we spot a pricing or description error, if we suspect fraud or reselling, or if we can't deliver to your address. If we cancel, you get a full refund of anything already paid.
Please check your delivery address carefully. We can only amend an address before your parcel is packed — email us straight away and we'll do what we can.

We pack orders in the order they come in, on working days. Delivery timescales, carriers and costs — including our free UK delivery threshold — are set out on our delivery policy page.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty or wrong.
Because we sell food and drink, some items can't be returned once they leave us:
Always covered, whatever the item: goods that arrive faulty, damaged, out of date or not as described. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return or accepting the claim. Full details are in our refund policy.
Most of what we sell is imported from the USA and other markets, so packaging, ingredient names and nutritional formats can differ from UK products.
If you have any allergy, message us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
You're responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for orders placed through your account.
We want the shop, the chat and the comments to stay friendly. We may cancel orders, restrict accounts or block users who abuse our team or other customers, make fraudulent claims or chargebacks, or buy stock to resell in breach of these terms.
Our name, logo, site design, photography and written content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Third-party brand names and packaging shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners; we sell genuine products but are not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.
If you tag us or send us photos and videos, you give us permission to reshare them on our shop and social channels with credit.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity.
Where we are liable, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability the law does not allow us to limit — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, import delays, extreme weather or platform outages.
We only use your personal details to process orders, provide support, run draws and — if you've opted in — send you drop alerts. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time from any email we send. How we collect, store and share data is set out in our privacy policy.
We may update these terms as our range, games and delivery options change. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it, so please check the "last updated" date before ordering.
If something goes wrong, tell us first — most problems are sorted in a single message. Email us with your order number and we'll reply as quickly as we can, and always within five working days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
