When the board sells out we go live, spin the numbers on camera and announce the winner there and then. Nothing pre-recorded, nothing edited.

Raffle questions, answered
Can I choose more than one ticket number?
Yes. Open the game, pick a number and add it to your basket, then choose your next number and add that too. Every number you buy stays in the basket as its own entry, and more numbers means more chances to win.
Why are some numbers greyed out?
Those numbers have already been claimed by someone else. Each number is sold once only, so the board on the game's page is always up to date.
When does the draw take place?
As soon as every number on the board is sold. We announce the date and time on our socials first, then draw the winning number live on camera.
How will I know if I have won?
The winning number is called out live, and we then email the address on the order and message you on socials. Prizes are posted free to UK addresses.
What happens if a raffle does not sell out?
If we cancel a game, every ticket bought for it is refunded in full to the original payment method. You will always be told before the refund lands.
