Questions, answered
Can I choose what goes in the box?
No — that's the whole point. The selection is random across chocolate, soda, crisps and sweets. If you want to see exactly what you're getting, our fixed bundles list every item.
What if I order more than one bundle?
Multiple bundles ship together and are made up to a combined value rather than a fixed item count — so two bundles arrive as one larger box.
How quickly does it ship?
Orders are packed within 1–2 working days and sent with tracked delivery from our UK warehouse.
Are allergens listed?
Every item arrives in its original sealed packaging with the manufacturer's ingredient and allergen information. Message us before ordering if you need a specific allergen avoided.
