How is my 2kg bag split?
Pick up to 20 different sweets. Choose all 20 and you'll get about 100g of each. Choose fewer and we'll top your bag up to 2kg evenly across the sweets you picked.
Can I mix gummy and hard-boiled sweets?
You can, but we don't recommend it, because together they can turn sticky in the bag. The mix console warns you the moment both are in your selection, and we can't offer refunds on mixes that combine them.
What if one of my sweets is out of stock?
If something runs out while we're packing, we'll add extra of your other chosen sweets instead. We never swap in anything you didn't pick.
How are allergens shown?
Allergens appear in [BRACKETS] on each sweet and dietary tags sit beneath the name. All sweets are packed in an environment that handles gluten, nuts, milk and other allergens, so we can't guarantee any mix is allergen-free.
Can I return a custom mix?
Every bag is made to order just for you, so we're unable to offer refunds once your mix has been prepared.
